Build a 20x15 themed cafe!

Rules: 1. Lot size has to be 20x15 2. It must have a water feature! 3. CC is allowed, but remember to give the creator credit if you share! 4. The creation must be your own, and it must be a new one 5. You get to choose your theme! 6. No budget, so go crazy!
