"Let's Tell A Story" group storytelling challenge!

*Please note that by participating you agree to having the sims and their stories posted to a Tumblr page – if you don’t want to participate please say so on our Facebook group. You will be credited with your Origin ID if you share it.
HOW TO START: 1. Create a new sim with a short backstory, upload to the gallery with hashtag #letstellastory 2. Share the backstory and a screenshot with your Origin ID to our Facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/Sims4.Groupchallenges/ 3. There may be as many sims posted as you like - the more that are posted, the more involvement from you guys we'll see!
HOW TO JOIN IN: 1. Pick one of the sims from the gallery using the #letstellastory. Comment “Claimed by ___” (with your Origin ID) on the gallery entry! You have 48hrs to post an update (can be that you are still in progress) otherwise your claim is renounced; your comment will be deleted, and the sim becomes available for someone else. 2. Download the sim from the gallery, and you get to play for two sim weeks. After this time, you must re-upload the sim to the gallery with hashtag #letstellastory along with an extended backstory of what the sim got up to in the two weeks you had them.
RULES: 1. There can only be one ‘claim’ per sim at any time. As soon as an update is posted, it is available for the next claim (once you've posted your update, go back to your Sim you've claimed and comment again to say it's been updated, include your Origin ID for someone else to claim!).
2. Try to keep your storyline realistic to the previous storylines – basically you can’t recreate a completely different story, however, feel free to far reach with long lost relative inheritances, minor makeovers, etc. Do not alter bone structure, though you may choose to opt for a ‘nose job’ or ‘botox injection’. If you choose to do this, it must be included in the storyline you upload.
3. You may use CC when you participate, HOWEVER, the Sim can’t have CC when re-uploaded.
4. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have the same packs or no packs that correlate to the storyline, you may still participate. Fill in the change between stories with your own creativity (could go from owning a bakery with Get to Work to going bankrupt and losing the store and picking up another hobby if you don’t have Get to Work).
