This one is based on the length of your seasons (or without seasons, you can go by weekdays and track your own weeks)
IF you have it set for 7 days per season, your goal is to max one skill per season
IF you have it set for 14 days per season, your goal is to max two skills per season
IF you have it set for 28 days per season, your goal is to max three skills per season
Simple!
Some skills require certain packs, so if you can't access them, either choose the base game skills, or substitute your own choice
